This exemplar project has been funded largely by European Funds and Sub Regional funds. The team managed all aspects of the project for the client from concept, viability study, design, funding, procurement, planning, legal documentation and negotiations with the contractor through to delivery. ‘

Trade Park

A seven unit trade park in the North West ,funded by Annandale, is now built, let and trading.

Social Landlord

A residential development of 40 units, funded by Annandale in the Midlands, has been purchased by a social landlord and is now available to be occupied under a variety of support schemes.

Marina Finance

A medium term loan was negotiated by Annandale, to replace the existing lender and provide additional funding to purchase adjoining property and improve the recreational facilities at a south coast marina.

Sale and Hire Purchase Back Facility

A Working capital loan facility has completed for a London engineering company secured against plant and machinery.

Commercial Investment loan

A long term loan was arranged to purchase a prime office investment in the East Midlands. Rental, after amortisation, is released to the investor quarterly.

A disused Victorian industrial building required and received government gap funding to enable a viable conversion to residential units.

An Incomplete city office building was finished and let.

An owner managed hotel's brand, property and business value was preserved though the creation of an operating company and negotiation to let to an overseas hotel operator.

Working with developer, residential and commercial developments were managed and built out to the agreed deadlines ensuring that build/sales numbers  and target dates were achieved.

Bridging Finance

Short term finance to puchase land and improve the planning consent for a retail warehouse development was obtained without profit share.
